Collaborating with teams across the business, you'll ensure each partnership delivers measurable value and aligns with Live Nation's strategic goals.
If you're motivated by big ideas, long-term relationships, and the chance to make an impact across Australia's live entertainment landscape, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now with a cover letter outlining why you're the perfect fit for this role.

- Client relationship management: Build trusted partnerships with senior brand stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor.
- Sales excellence: Meet and exceed annual sales targets while contributing to overall team performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams – including Client Services, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to deliver seamless outcomes.
- Contract management: Oversee the full contracting process from negotiation to execution and handover.
- Renewals and retention: Support ongoing client success by contributing to renewals and account growth strategies.
- Reporting and admin: Maintain Salesforce pipelines, sales documentation, and financial reports with accuracy and transparency.
- Representation: Attend key industry events, conferences, and client engagements to promote Live Nation and drive opportunities.
What you'll bring:
- Proven success: A strong track record of closing high-value partnerships with top-tier brands in Australia.
- Industry expertise: Deep understanding of the sponsorship landscape, ideally within entertainment, music, or sport.
- Commercial acumen: Ability to identify, assess, and deliver commercially viable partnership opportunities.
- Negotiation skills: Confident communicator with persuasive presentation and deal-making abilities.
- Network and influence: Established brand and agency connections across multiple categories.
- Organisation and precision: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset: A team player who values inclusivity, innovation, and shared success.
- Leadership: Experience mentoring others and contributing positively to team culture and growth.
The Benefits:
- A vibrant, music-focused workplace fostering creativity and collaboration.
- A flexible approach to when and where you work, designed to support balance in all aspects of life.
- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
- Access to concerts, events, and other entertainment perks.
- A diverse, equitable workplace where every voice matters.
Comprehensive benefits, from volunteer days to wellness programs and mental health support.
Equal Opportunities:
We are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion. You will be working in an inclusive environment and be encouraged to bring your whole self to work. We will do all that we can to help you successfully balance your work and Homelife.
