The Role

We're looking for an experienced
Business Development Manager with experience in selling B2B

to lead the charge in bringing Refilled to Australia's biggest workplaces. You'll be targeting large organisations, securing partnerships, and showing them how sustainable choices can also be the smartest commercial decisions.

You'll be part of a small, agile team where every day is different. Alongside building new business, you'll contribute to product development, help launch new Refillers into offices, and manage relationships with existing clients.

What you'll be doing:

  • Identifying, targeting, and winning partnerships with large Australian corporations
  • Managing an entire pipeline from initial contact to close
  • Help roll out new Refillers to companies and ensure seamless onboarding for clients
  • Maintain and grow relationships with our incredible customer base

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally with large corporates
  • Someone who is comfortable being uncomfortable - start-ups aren't easy
  • A passion for sustainability and making an actual difference
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and the drive to do more
