This isn't your average 9-to-5. If you've got hustle, a knack for scheduling, and the confidence to boss contractors around (don't worry, the team's got your back), this full-time role—Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM—is your chance to shine.

Here's What You'll Do:

  • Keep projects humming by juggling schedules, coordinating with internal crews and external clients, and making sure we hit our targets with flair.
  • Dive into the nitty-gritty: markups, process drawings, production handoffs, and delivery planning.
  • Write load and lift plans, manage stock, and even pack projects like a pro.
  • Boss the logistics—receipting, transport, and keeping our database spot-on.
  • Team up with the VIC & TAS Operations Manager and coordinators to smash daily and weekly KPIs (we'll set those together).
  • Bring your voice to strategy meetings and chat with stakeholders to keep everything flowing.
  • Get hands-on when it counts—think loading trucks or popping to a site to sort minor hiccups.
