We are looking to fill the role of Customer Service/Sales Administrator, in a Full Time Capacity.

Hours are Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 4.30pm (no Weekend work)

Reporting to the General Manager, we are looking for the right person to be an integral part of the business.  This role has multiple responsibilities as you will be the first point of contact for clients and will assist in supporting the overall sales and administration function of the business.

The ideal person will have a focus on customer service, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a small team environment.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming calls, and greet customers at our front desk
  • Receive and process customer orders
  • Arrange freight manifest and frieght bookings
  • Assist with the processing of orders and invoices
  • Act as a support person to senior management
  • General office duties and maintenance as required

The ideal applicant will have a pleasant approachable nature who is skilled at multitasking and has experience in similar roll.

Coming from a similar role with extensive multitasking experience will be highly regarded.

Demonstrated ability in the use of the Microsoft Office Applications, in particluar, advanced Excel and Publisher/Powerpoint is essential.
