The Company
Our client is a highly respected global medical device manufacturer recognised for developing breakthrough technologies that address challenging neurological and vascular conditions. With a strong reputation for quality, integrity and collaboration, they've built a workplace that people genuinely want to be part of. As their Australian footprint expands, they're seeking a Territory Manager to represent their Neurovascular portfolio across key hospitals in Victoria's Central and Western regions.
The Role
You'll be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong clinical partnerships, and providing in-theatre support for a highly regarded range of neurovascular products. Working closely with surgeons and interventional teams, you'll deliver technical expertise and trusted service to help improve patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting and selling neurovascular interventional products across major hospitals in VIC Central/West
- Supporting surgeons and theatre staff with education, training and clinical case support
- Building and maintaining relationships with physicians, nurses, lab staff and procurement teams
- Driving product usage and territory growth through a mix of clinical engagement and commercial strategy
- Collaborating closely with your small, high-performing national team
About You We're seeking a driven, credible sales professional with a strong clinical or technical background and the ability to thrive in a theatre environment.
Ideal experience includes:
- Medical device sales in neurovascular, interventional radiology or similar complex surgical field
- Prior theatre exposure (sales or clinical) highly regarded
- Tertiary qualification in science, nursing or a related discipline
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously while contributing to a supportive team culture
