Xylem is looking for a Business Development Manager Mining and Bulk Water AW products Eastern Region. The BDM is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, market strategies and contributing to the company's long-term success.

The role:

  • Analysing Business Operations: Evaluate and Expand business operations to drive growth
  • Revenue Monitoring: Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunity to increase profit.
  • Sales and Marketing strategies: Evaluate and improve sales, marketing and branding strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Perform competitor analysis to gain an increase market share and develop new lines of business based on consumer behaviours.
  • Client Relationships: Develop client relationships and strengthen industrial partnerships.
  • Business Negotiations: Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.

About you:

  • Strong ability to influence and deliver results
  • Proven track record of sales results in the mining Industry
  • Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist in a related industry.
  • Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software Salesforce
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
