Visionary Mechanical Leader

Transforming mining and infrastructure projects requires a seasoned mechanical engineer with exceptional leadership skills. As a Mechanical Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6-7 engineers through complex projects.
About the Role
Deliver mining and infrastructure projects including mineral processing, bulk materials handling, tailings systems, mine water, site services, and maintenance facilities.
Lead mechanical and multi-discipline design projects across mining and infrastructure.
Mentor and develop engineers through our Thrive program.
Prepare and manage project proposals, estimates, and schedules.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
At least 10 years' experience as a mechanical engineer ideally in consulting and mining.
A natural problem solver who can lead from the front and support from behind.
Skill in technical areas such as bulk materials handling, tailings systems, or wet processing.
