We're on the lookout for a Lawyer to join our rapidly growing, national Banking & Finance team, led by Zina Edwards. Zina is an experienced finance and restructuring lawyer, with a particular focus on the growing alternative lending market in Australia. You will have the opportunity to advise on numerous onshore and offshore credit funds, asset managers and other non-bank lenders in relation to investments in complex structured finance and hybrid transactions, venture debt and growth finance, restructuring and special situations.
We're looking for someone who is:- Currently practising post-admission as a Banking & Finance lawyer
- Genuinely passionate about problem-solving and thinking outside the box
- Keen to get involved in the firm's business development activities
- Looking for a fantastic team culture
- Entrepreneurial, innovative, and excited by the opportunity to shape something great
