About BSPN
We are a national architecture and interior design practice with studios in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne. With over 40 years in practice, we've built a strong reputation specialising in Education and Hospitality projects, and more recently expanding into Commercial, Retail, Community, Sport & Recreation, and Residential spaces.
Our experienced and award-winning team is focused on delivering considered, functional, and innovative client-centric designs, with a strong emphasis on end-user experience. We're currently working on an inspiring array of projects across varying scales — and we need your creativity and input
Why BSPN?
Our people are our most valuable asset. And we mean it. We know that successful projects are only possible through the dedication and collaboration of the team behind them.
We're a young, energetic office that encourages creativity and innovation in everything we do. We empower our team to explore, analyze, and discover the best outcomes for every project. Our collaborative culture values the ideas and skills of all, nurturing creative energy and open design critique. Everyone is encouraged to have a voice — every opinion is a chance to learn and grow.
It's an exciting time for the Sydney Studio as we grow our team and welcome new talent to contribute to our expanding portfolio. We're currently seeking a new office space to accommodate our creative team, soon to be located in a central CBD location near Circular Quay.
We care deeply about our team's wellbeing. At the heart of our practice is a commitment to healthy work-life balance. We offer continuous professional development, regular social events, and when we say we offer flexibility, we mean it and we live it every day.
