Deniliquin Preschool is part of the larger River Region Early Education (RREE) where we are educating rural children to open the mind and the heart.

Established in 1958, Deniliquin Preschool has a long history of providing quality early education to children in our community. Generations of children and families have attended our preschool. The expansive out door environment is set on the picturesque lagoons. This is a beautiful, natural learning environment for children and educators.

Join our dynamic and experienced team of educators to create an inspiring and engaging learning environment in a very rare full-time, permanent opportunity.

You will work as part of an experienced team leading our preschool program for the children in their year before school. You will plan and deliver the educational program for a maximum of 22 children per day and have support from three other qualified educators.

RREE offers above-award remuneration for Early Childhood Teachers on par with NSW public school teachers. As a guide $86,000 plus super for Graduates/ Level 1- $111,000 plus super guaranteee for level 4 Teachers.

Generous off floor time allocation of one day per week is provided for programming and planning, with mentoring and support included.

The successful applicant will be child focused in their approach. They will have strong communication skills to build secure and trusting relationships with children and their families. They will have a strong respect for the natural environment and be passionate about intentional play. They will be able to design and implement educational programs that develop the creativity and curiosity of young learners.

To apply for this role at RREE, you need a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent. Educators who are currently working towards this qualification may also be considered.

If you are not NESA accredited in NSW, RREE will support you in obtaining this accreditation.
