The Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:

• Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
• Open to our innovative and unique way of programming and practice
• Strong leader, inclusive of others, and brings a positive attitude everyday
• Passion for and motivation to actively embed and model the RIE approach
• Enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with the service
• Flair for building and maintaining positive relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community.

Essential Criteria:

• Valid NSW Working With Children Check
• Recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree
• Understanding of contemporary child safe practices
• Available for full-time work, all hours/days the service is operational, and able to be flexible as required
• Mentoring and/or leadership experience (desirable) paired with solid recent experience as an Early Childhood Teacher and/or Educator (essential), ideally with the preschool age group
• Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates, Food Safety and Child Protection training, with a recognised course code for Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (or willing to obtain/refresh as required).
