Role Description

  • This is a full-time hybrid role for a GRC Sr Analyst at Sonic Healthcare. Minimum 5 Years or more 
    GRC
    /Information Security Experience required located in Sydney, NSW, with some work from home flexibility. The GRC Sr Analyst will be responsible for overseeing governance, risk, and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and implementing effective risk management strategies. Day-to-day tasks include performing risk assessments, auditing processes, developing compliance programs, writing policies, and collaborating with various departments to ensure that policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance practices
  • Experience in performing risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance auditing
  • Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or relevant GRC certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
