In the role of Advisor – NAB Connect Servicing you take ownership of customer issues and resolve them with urgency and care

In this role, you will

  • Assist our high value business customers with support and information to their general enquiries in relation to self-service, auto responses and online technology.
  • Help to identify and resolve customer issues with the highest level of quality and professional service.
  • Provide an outstanding level of customer service and satisfaction, offer tailored solutions where necessary.
  • Input and update important information and data on to our CRM systems.
  • Expected to work a rotating shift pattern during the week.
  • Multi task with multiple systems.

What you'll bring:

  • Exceptional customer service experience with a proven track record.
  • Resilience and patience to assist and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional level of maturity and patience to deal with a wide variety of valued customers and their queries.
  • Ability to adhere to and understand NAB's Code of Conduct.
  • Sound product knowledge of our offerings and services.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to multi-task using multiple systems

This role will require you to be flexible to work on a rotating roster: Monday-Friday 7:30am-8pm

This role will commence on the 6th October 2025
