We are currently hiring an **Senior** ****Insur**ance Advisor** based in our **Hillside Service Location***While BCAA's preference and first consideration will be given to Senior Insurance Advisor qualified candidates, BCAA welcomes applications from Insurance Advisor candidates that meet the minimum qualifications (including sales of Home Insurance including at least 6 months of General Insurance experience) and have an interest in progressing their career to the Senior Insurance Advisor role.* **Senior Insurance Advisor****Who you are** You see the big picture with a keen eye for the details. You exercise good judgment and make decisions based on risks, costs, and benefits. At least 1 to 2 consecutive years' experience ofgeneral insurance experience, including one year experience selling homeowners insurance. Comfortable using technology, including basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) **Bonus qualifications** CAIB certification, experience using ICBC systems, and ability to speak other languages aside from English. Achieve sales and productivity goals while upholding BCAA andAAA/CAAMember experiencegoals and underwriting guidelines. Increase your industry knowledge and expertise towards becoming a team lead or people leader.
