Chisholm is seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator for our Education Health and Education Foundation & Schools Pathways Business Areas.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Administration Coordinator, your key responsibilities include:
- Act as the key contact person on behalf of the Associate Director(s) screen, respond, redirect, register all forms of communication on their behalf as required
- Effectively prioritise Associate Director(s) mail and email and action as appropriate
- Assist with diary management where required, to facilitate optimal use of time and assist participation in/and assist with internal and external events
- Prepare agendas and minutes at meetings and committees to ensure follow up actions are recorded and completee
- Understand and operate according to the defined business area budget and commit to pursuing cost-effective outcomes and efficiency across all your operations
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, industry and community partners to support the achievement of Chisholm's objectives
- Prepare all correspondence accurately and consistently in accordance with Chisholm style guidelines
- Coordinate approvals, papers, reports and requests for information and data, so that documentation and correspondence are delivered in a timely manner
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with proven experience providing a high level of administrative support in a complex working environment.
Qualifications required for the role:
- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent experience in a similar role
