The Opportunity

Our Dandenong branch is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Warranty Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide a high level of administration support for the Service team and ensure that all warranty claims are processed efficiently and accurately.

Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the process of reviewing warranty claims and processing within established guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with the Service team to confirm claims and plan deliveries
  • Monitoring progress of claims and proactively communicating updates to customers
  • Preparing invoicing of work orders
  • Ensuring all warranty claims, documents and contracts are correctly registered in the system
  • Preparing information for internal and external warranty audits

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude with attention to detail
  • 3-5 years' experience as a warranty administrator is highly desirable
  • Knowledge and experience of best practice warranty management
  • Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
  • The ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional and customer-focused approach, dedicated to delivering total customer satisfaction
