About the role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Systems Advisor to join our People & Capability team. This permanent role reporting to the Director of Human Resources and supporting our HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) and employee data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding processes
  • Maintain data integrity and generate reports/dashboards (Power BI)
  • Support compliance audits and people analytics
  • Troubleshoot HRIS issues in partnership with global systems teams
  • Provide admin support across the People & Capability team

SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) experience is essential.

About you

You're collaborative, proactive, and detail-driven, with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, IT, Systems, or related fields
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central)
  • Strong admin and coordination skills
