About the Role

In this position, you will work under general supervision to oversee, direct, and perform all phases of rigging up and down service line equipment at both onshore and offshore locations. You will have the ability to review information and ensure that best practices are followed.

This position will be based at Jandakot, WA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides the planning necessary for the job I preparations, including equipment setup, well site direction, and customer-related support activities

  • Manage and support the activities relating to maintaining, setting up, testing, and operating equipment at the customer location and field camp.

  • Consults with customers regarding services and products and promotes good customer relations at the well site to ensure customer satisfaction with outcomes.

  • Conducts pre-job toolbox safety meetings, reviews and verifies job plan with customer representative and manages any changes required;

  • Collaborate with the local business development personnel to ensure that customers' expectations are followed efficiently and according to best practices.

Role Requirements


• A Diploma or High School is required

  • Have a competency as Svc Spec III GBA

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Leadership and communication skills

Work Experience

9+ year of experience in oil drilling activities, including 5+ years of underbalanced drilling.
