We are a small, fast paced clinic with an energetic and experienced team. Our team are focused on collaboration and team engagement, striving for a positive and motivating workplace culture

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of the clinic, ensuring a seamless experience for both our clients and our dedicated team of veterinary professionals.

About Your New Role

  • Full-time position managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records  
  • Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture
  • Ensuring that monthly KPI's are met
  • Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives 
  • Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners
  • Nursing duties as required; including training and mentoring nurses

About Your Skills & Experience

  • Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in team management, with strong leadership and team building skills, and the ability to provide coaching for team members
  • An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good business acumen and organisational skills
  • Experience with Rx Works preferred but not essential
