We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at our online retailer of alternative products. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, as well as managing and growing our sales channels. This is a full-time position based in Windsor, Queensland, Australia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, customer acquisition, and sales
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize website content and improve search engine ranking
- Use Google Analytics to track website traffic and identify areas for improvement
- Manage and grow our sales channels, including online marketplaces, social media, and wholesale partnerships
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors
- Plan and execute events and product launches
- Manage and maintain budget for marketing and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes, and adapt marketing and sales strategies accordingly
- The ability to lead a team

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and SEO
- Experience with popular social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter
- Proven track record of driving sales and customer acquisition through marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for the alternative culture a plus
- Experience leading a team

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Sales and marketing: 2 years (preferred)
