**We are looking for a Practice Manager for our new Greencross clinic in Windsor, Brisbane**

Greencross Windsor is a co-located practice situated right next door to the largest Petbarn retail store in Queensland. This is a shiny, brand-new clinic fully equipped and up-to-date, with all the facilities needed to provide comprehensive, up-to-date and gold standards of care to our clients.

**About Your New Role**
- Full-time role in a brand new practice, make it your own right from the start
- Commitment to your career development through access to continued education and ongoing mentorship
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records
- Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture
- Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met
- Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
- Undertaking general nursing tasks when required

**About Your Skills & Experience**
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with 3+ years of clinical experience
- Proven experience in team management, with strong leadership and team building skills, and the ability to provide coaching for team members and to build a positive culture in your team
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Good business acumen and organisational skills
- Experience with Rx works (preferred but not essential)
