The role

  • Work with a great kitchen team to further develop the business.
  • Deliver high quality dishes, consistently well, in a fast-paced, busy environment.
  • Work closely with our Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop and implement menus.
  • Manage your section and work with other passionate chefs.
  • Receive great support in your role from our Head Chef.
  • Enjoy career opportunities as MGH develops greater presence in Sydney

The Chef

Must be:

  • Reliable, level headed, punctual and organised.
  • Lead by example and passionate about what they do, innovative and experienced.
  • Work fast, clean and motivate your section team by leading by example.
  • Deliver great food consistently while managing your section
  • Experience as a chef will be of a distinct advantage, but a great attitude is a must.
