Role Description

These are full-time roles for Experienced L2 and L3 Engineers. The roles are hybrid, based in Sydney, NSW, with a combination of in-office and some on-site at clients requirement. The responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, supporting IT infrastructure, managing and maintaining networks, configuring systems, and ensuring security and compliance. The engineers will also provide escalated support for complex problems and work closely with other IT professionals to optimize technological solutions for clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Skills in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure and networks
  • Competence in configuring systems and ensuring security and compliance
  • Ability to provide escalated support for complex technical problems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, etc.) are advantageous
