  • Murex production support experience and lead L2/L3 teams and managing 24*5/24*7 support model.
  • Lead a team of Batch experts and closely monitor the EOD batch process, ensuring timely processing and reporting.
  • Experience of L3 technical support to users and resolving incidents.
  • Extensive understanding of Murex application, infrastructure, and architecture.
  • Strong experience in SQL and issue analysis.
  • Experience in Shell scripting and supporting the issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
