The Opportunity (*Immediate Start Available*):

All Foods Market is currently seeking an experienced Accountant to join their strong and successful team. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone experienced across the Accounting and wider Administration processes to develop their career and operate as an essential component of a successful growing business. (Note: Past experience in a retail or food wholesaling / production environment will be viewed favourably for this role).

As Accountant, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in formulating budgets;
  • Financial statement preparation for presentation to Management and Directors;
  • Conducting financial investigations, report preparation and advice;
  • Operating cost examination across Group incomes and expenditure;
  • Implementation and maintenance of accounting systems, and advising on the selection and application of computer-based accounting systems;
  • Maintenance of Group internal control systems; and
  • Cash flow forecasting and risk assessment.

Ideally, the Successful Applicant will have:

  • 2-5 years' past experience in a similar Accountant role;
  • Confidence with fundamental accounting principles and tasks along with the desire to develop and take on additional tasks;
  • Previous experience working with an enterprise-level accounting package and Microsoft suite (specifically Microsoft Excel).
  • Outstanding communication and accuracy across all levels, with the ability to follow-up on credit management and effectively navigate supplier behaviors;
  • Excellent attention to detail and timeliness across all tasks;
  • Ability to work as part of a friendly and close-knit team.
