Position Overview:

As a Remote Hotel Scheduler, youll be the main point of contact for booking and confirming hotel stays, coordinating details with clients, and ensuring all reservations run smoothly. This is an ideal role for someone who loves planning, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate hotel reservations for both individual and group clients.
  • Confirm booking details, preferences, and budget requirements.
  • Communicate with hotels and travel partners to secure the best availability and rates.
  • Manage changes, cancellations, and special requests with attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate records and data using online booking systems.
  • Provide professional customer service and efficient problem-solving support.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service mindset.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, booking, or scheduling preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
