Marketing & IT Assistant

Brand Haus – Western Sydney (Hybrid / Part-Time)

Brand Haus is a new media and marketing agency building its foundation in creative strategy, digital marketing, and technology. We're looking for a reliable and skilled person who can assist with client projects across web, marketing, and IT tasks.

About the Role

This is a flexible part-time position (around 20 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a full-time role as the company expands. Most work can be done remotely, with occasional in-person meetings in Western Sydney to discuss client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with website development and maintenance
  • Support SEO and AI-driven optimisation work
  • Help set up and manage paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Contribute to general marketing and IT support tasks
  • Communicate with clients when needed and help gather requirements

About You

  • Some experience or confidence with digital marketing tools and website platforms (e.g. WordPress, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager)
  • Comfortable learning new systems and problem-solving independently
  • Reliable, organised, and responsive with communication
  • Able to work flexible hours and meet agreed deadlines

Details

  • Approximately 20 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule / remote work
  • Occasional client meetings in Western Sydney
  • Pay: around $30 per hour, depending on experience

Job Types: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
