**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter data into internal and external systems.
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Test system changes and upgrades by inputting new data and reviewing output.
- Secure information by completing database backups.
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
- Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high volume of data without compromising accuracy.
- Familiarity with administrative duties.
- Ability to pass a practical Excel test.
- Demonstrated data entry skills with extreme attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.

**Desirable**:

- Experience working in a non-profit organisation.
