Main Responsibilities :

  • Support the Head of Finance with financial accounting and end-of-month/end-of-year activities.
  • Assist in statutory compliance tasks, including audit and financial reporting.
  • Support the Head of Finance with ad hoc and management reporting requirements from HQ.
  • Take ownership of assigned account reconciliations and maintain accurate books.
  • Assist with tax compliance across all legal entities.
  • Ensure financial records are accurate and complete; manage data effectively.
  • Maintain and document internal processes and financial policies.
  • Coordinate with the Project Development team on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and payment queries.
  • Continuously improve current tasks and financial processes.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by the manager or company.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields such as Data or IT.
  • Prior experience or exposure in accounting and taxation is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and general accounting procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Access will be highly regarded.
