In this role, you'll step into a fast-paced, high-impact role supporting employees across the Central Coast. You'll manage return to work claims and rehabilitation programs across a diverse workforce, including office, warehouse, and physical or psychological cases.
You'll also conduct pre-employment medical assessments, interpret medical reports, and develop strategies to improve employee health, wellbeing, and reduce absenteeism.
You'll be part of a small, supportive People Development team, working independently while using systems like Best Practice, Content Manager, and Figtree to manage records efficiently.
Flexible working arrangements, including a 9-day fortnight and adaptable start times, allow you to balance work and life while making a real difference.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Significant experience in return to work or injury management
- Confidence handling claims independently
- WorkCover accreditation and knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
