- Playing a key role in influencing return to work outcomes and supporting sound business decision making in relation to return to work.
- Creating injury prevention strategies including health and wellbeing initiatives.
- Taking ownership of your role and be driven to achieve the outcomes for the organisation.

Things You’ll **Do**:

- Build and sustain strong relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders.
- Use your well-established experience to develop and implement return to work and recover at work plans to support the sustainable return to work of injured employees.
- Injury and return to work program monitoring and reporting
- Deliver a high level of professional customer service to all stakeholders
- You will showcase Council’s values in all that you do - Collaborate, Achieve, Respect, and Evolve

The **Fine** Print:

- **Hours of work**:Temporary Part Time 28 hours per week. Opportunity is expected to be available for up to 12 months.
