Join a well-established company, supporting their maintenance team across Sydney. This hands-on coordination role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the central point of contact between customers, technicians, and suppliers. This role is based in Sydney's Sutherland Shire. Please note: You'll need your own transport as the office isn't accessible by train.

Your new role

Service Coordination

  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians for reactive and preventative maintenance jobs
  • Liaise with customers to confirm appointments, job details, and follow-ups
  • Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion and invoicing
  • Maintain accurate service records and technician calendars
  • Support warranty claims and service documentation

Spare Parts Support

  • Assist with ordering and tracking parts required for service jobs
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm availability and delivery timelines
  • Maintain basic inventory records and assist with stock control

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in service coordination, ideally in a technical or trades-based environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and respond quickly to changing schedules
  • Basic understanding of parts ordering and inventory systems (preferred but not essential)
  • A customer-first mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
