About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Intake and Funding Manager to lead our Intake and Funding teams, ensuring a seamless and supportive client journey from first contact through to ongoing service delivery.

As Customer Intake and Funding Manager, you will:

  • Lead and mentor Client Intake Coordinators and Funding Officers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Oversee enquiry management, eligibility screening, and onboarding to meet compliance and client satisfaction goals
  • Manage NDIS, TAC, WorkSafe, and Medicare funding accuracy, utilisation, and reporting
  • Collaborate with clinical, finance, IT, and compliance teams to ensure integrated client pathways
  • Champion system improvements and digital transformation initiatives
  • Monitor KPIs, conduct audits, and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Act as a key escalation point resolving complex client and operational issues

About you

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in disability, health, or community services with NDIS funding and intake expertise
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS funding frameworks, client intake, CRM systems, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Disability, Community Services, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Willingness to travel and work reasonable additional hours as needed
