About Pace
At Pace Farm, we're proud of our strong family values that have guided us since the 1970s. From humble beginnings, we've grown into one of Australia's largest egg producers, delivering the freshest, tastiest eggs nationwide. Our vision is simple yet powerful: Eggs for Everyone - ensuring that all Australians have access to nutritious, high-quality eggs every day. As the leading supplier of farm-fresh eggs and egg products, our mission is to continue setting the standard in the industry by valuing our people and equipping them with the skills to deliver top-quality products and service. With egg-citing growth and expansion on the horizon, now's a great time to join us and be part of our continued success
About the role
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Project Manager who thrives on complexity and can balance high-impact strategic rollouts with the essential, day-to-day projects that keep the business running smoothly. This newly created role will be instrumental in delivering a wide range of business-critical projects. You will help drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate records across all activities. While owning project delivery from the ground up, you'll also be overseeing planning, budgeting, and execution to ensure every milestone is met, every risk is managed, and every dollar counts.
What you will do
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and required resources
- Proactively identify, document, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating where needed
- Track milestones and deliverables, providing clear, timely updates to stakeholders
- Ensure all project outcomes meet agreed requirements and quality standards
- Monitor expenditure, manage budgets, and ensure appropriate resourcing across all projects
About You
Are you someone who thrives on turning plans into action, juggling priorities, and delivering meaningful outcomes whether it's a major strategic rollout or a critical day-to-day project? With experience leading projects of all sizes, ideally in agriculture, manufacturing, or FMCG, you know how to bring people together, manage competing timelines and drive results without losing sight of the detail. You are confident building project plans, aligning stakeholders, and keeping budgets on track, all while staying calm under pressure. If you're reading this and thinking, that sounds like me — we'd love to hear from you.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of project management who has broad experience, including managing multiple concurrent projects up to $10M — ideally within construction, agriculture, manufacturing, or FMCG
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across varying backgrounds and skill sets
- Degree qualified with a Project Management certification, or a degree in Project Management and is experienced in Agile methodologies; comfortable working across a mix of high-profile and routine projects
- Strong capability in negotiating with, managing, and supervising external contractors and consultants
- Able to work independently and take full accountability for project outcomes
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a strong personal value set in all interactions
- Confident working under pressure, managing multiple priorities, and adapting in fast-changing environments
Why Join Pace Farm?
- A collaborative and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and growth.
- Access to ongoing learning and development opportunities to support your professional growth.
- Enjoy regular free products and exclusive discounts on gym memberships and hotels.
- Complimentary flu vaccinations to support your well-being.
- One flexible work-from-home day.
