About the Role

We're looking for a motivated graduate (or someone nearing graduation) who wants to grow into a Financial Adviser role. You'll start in Client Services, learning the ropes of advice delivery, compliance, and client engagement. As you gain experience and complete your professional training, you'll progress through paraplanning into an adviser role with your own client relationships.

This is not a static role—it's a career pathway. You'll be mentored directly by our founder and supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

· Make clients feel loved as you will be liaising with them regularly.

· Support advisers with administration and client service tasks

· Prepare and lodge applications, maintain client records, and liaise with providers

· Assist with the preparation of advice documents (SoAs/RoAs)

· Learn our systems, processes, and tech platforms

· Contribute to improving client experience and operational efficiency

· Take on paraplanning responsibilities

· Build technical knowledge in strategy, investments, super, and insurance

· Ultimately step into a Financial Adviser role with your own client base
