Your Role
Join the Dulux Data Squad (DDS) as a Business Analyst and play a key role in delivering innovative Common Data Platform (CDP) and Marketing CRM projects. In this hands-on position, you'll manage vital internal stakeholders, coordinate workflows between teams, and ensure project components are expertly documented and delivered on time. You'll be responsible for analysing business requirements and translating them into clear, actionable documentation—helping drive digital transformation and business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation for high-impact digital projects
 - Coordinate workflow between internal and external teams, ensuring seamless project delivery
 - Engage with senior stakeholders and technical experts to deliver solutions that matter
 - Prepare and maintain process documentation, requirements traceability, and project artefacts
 - Manage multiple initiatives concurrently, balancing teamwork with independent drive
 - Leverage CDP (omnichannel) and CRM (email) capabilities to support marketing and data strategies

Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' experience in data reporting and analytics, with a strong grasp of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
 - Proven ability to manage requirements across multiple teams and locations
 - Experience in digital delivery projects, ideally with cross-functional and offshore teams
 - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
 - Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a drive for results
 - Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, Segment, Synapse, and HubSpot CRM (desirable)
 - SCRUM Master or iteration manager experience is a plus
