What you'll be doing

  • Fostering robust client relationships within your portfolio and ensuring client needs are met with precision

  • Identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with clients to expand Tally's business

  • Working to a delivery and governance cadence to provide updates on service performance, solving business problems via tactical and strategic opportunities, and addressing client queries as the central point of all client communication

  • Synchronizing service delivery across various teams for seamless execution, evaluating service metrics to spot areas for enhancement and overseeing the implementation of improvements through to benefit realisation

  • Identifying opportunities for internal improvement across the service delivery framework

  • Assisting in commercial discussions and negotiations

What we're looking for

  • In-depth and broad understanding of the Australian energy retail sector

  • Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager/SDM or similar, ideally within the BPO/IT/Software sector

  • Adaptability and the ability to wear multiple hats at any given time

  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Adept at handling multiple projects with keen attention to detail

  • Strong time management, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

  • Collaborative spirit with a flexible approach, ready to excel in a dynamic setting
