  • Assist with contractor management, inspections, and minor capital expenditure projects.
  • Oversee groundskeeping activities such as landscaping, lawns, gardens, and external waste management.
  • Provide timely and effective support to ensure smooth daily operations and a safe environment.

Experience & Capabilities

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Trade or building services experience, with exposure to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
  • Proven experience in groundskeeping and property presentation.
  • Knowledge of contractor management, maintenance programs, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to manage both planned and ad-hoc maintenance within budget and timelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in emergency situations.

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Customer-focused approach with strong stakeholder communication skills.
  • Effective planning, prioritisation, and time management.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team environment and work with external contractors.
