The Maintenance Contracting Model Delivery Lead, Maintenance Delivery Transformation is responsible for driving Homes Victoria's Maintenance Recontracting Strategy and Delivery.
This role will suit an experienced contract manager who has been involved in large-scale service contracting delivery in facilities, transport or utility sectors; enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, creating a high performing program and is focussed on delivery of great outcomes.
You will enjoy collaborating with others in a program team and across many disciplines to deliver outcomes. You will be confident in managing competing demands and priorities and have strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Work within the Homes Victoria Project Management Framework.
- Lead a detailed review of the current contracting model with the HV Branch to create a clear set of requirements for the future contract.
- Lead the re-contracting process for HV Maintenance Activities in alignment with DFFH Procurement Processes and project milestones.
