Sales Assistant & Property Management Assistant

Full-Time | Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm

(Some Saturday Assistance for Auctions Required)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales Assistant and Property Management Assistant. You will be supporting both our Sales and Property Management departments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to both the Sales and Property Management teams

• Assist with property marketing, online listings, and campaign coordination

• Assist with Wednesday rental open homes and manage tenant enquiries

• Monitor rental arrears and follow up to ensure tenant accounts remain up to date

• Prepare sales agreements and coordinate all administrative aspects of the sales process

• Provide assistance at Saturday auctions when required (not every Saturday)

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A proactive, professional, and friendly approach

• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
