With no day the same, you will be a self-starter and a fast learner, able to adapt quickly to your environment, your role and the demands that come with it.

The secondary part of the role will be as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman and Founder of the Awards.

The duties include and are not limited to:

- Diary management and complex travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies and stock
- Provide general administrative support
- Act as the point of contact for the business

The third part includes the property management of a small portfolio. This includes liaising with tenants, organising repairs as required and maintaining compliances.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Detail oriented with exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Proactive, accountable and able to prioritise responsibilities
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
- Experience in event management a bonus
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Experience with managing social media
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- The ability to quickly adapt to new programs and online platforms
- Working knowledge of ZERO account software

Previous experience with Canva and Squarespace is preferred.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
