About the Role

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and process optimisation? Bega Group is seeking a Procure to Pay (P2P) Process Excellence Specialist to lead the standardisation and enhancement of P2P processes across our business units and ERP systems (SAP and M3). This role is pivotal in improving compliance, visibility, and efficiency across Procurement and Accounts Payable functions and at our sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Standardise and implement P2P processes across ERPs and sites.
  • Maintain a governed, version-controlled central process repository.
  • Align frameworks with global process owners and governance standards.
  • Enhance reporting capabilities and actionable insights.
  • Lead training and change management to embed new processes and support continuous improvement.

About You

You're a proactive and analytical professional with a passion for process excellence. You thrive in cross-functional environments and are confident engaging with stakeholders across all levels.

  • Extensive P2P experience, ideally within FMCG, with strong process design and governance expertise.
  • Working knowledge of SAP/M3 and process mapping tools like Visio.
  • Skilled in automation and digital transformation (e.g., UiPath).
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
