Optimising Purchase to Pay Processes Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procure to Pay Excellence Lead to spearhead the standardisation and enhancement of P2P processes across our business units and ERP systems.
About the RoleThis role is pivotal in driving compliance, visibility, and efficiency across Procurement and Accounts Payable functions and at our sites.
- Standardise and implement P2P processes across ERPs and sites.
- Maintain a governed, version-controlled central process repository.
- Align frameworks with global process owners and governance standards.
- Enhance reporting capabilities and actionable insights.
- Lead training and change management to embed new processes and support continuous improvement.

About YouWe're looking for a proactive and analytical professional with a passion for process excellence. You should have:
- Extensive P2P experience, ideally within FMCG, with strong process design and governance expertise.
- Working knowledge of SAP/M3 and process mapping tools like Visio.
- Skilled in automation and digital transformation (e.g., UiPath).
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
