We're Hiring: Pilates Instructor (Paid Per Class)

Location: Sydney CBD 2000

Compensation: Competitive per-class rate

Schedule: Flexible – Weekday and Weekend classes available

The Role:

We're looking for a certified, passionate Pilates Instructor to lead group classes (Equipment Based). You'll create energizing, safe, and effective sessions tailored to a diverse clientele of all fitness levels.

What You'll Do:

  • Teach Pilates classes (Equipment Based, mainly Reformer)
  • Provide individualized attention and modifications as needed
  • Create a welcoming, positive studio atmosphere
  • Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and class structure
  • Option to sub for other instructors and pick up extra classes

What We're Looking For:

  • Certified Pilates Instructor
  • Current CPR/AED certification preferred
  • Strong communication and motivational skills
  • Professional, reliable, and friendly demeanor
  • Prior group instruction experience is a plus
