About the role

My Good Feeling is seeking passionate Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our growing team in Peakhurst, NSW. As a casual Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, dynamic Pilates classes to our members and helping them achieve their fitness goals. This is a great opportunity to share your expertise and enthusiasm for Pilates in a supportive, community-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Lead engaging and effective Reformer Pilates classes for individuals and groups of all levels
  2. Provide personalised instruction and guidance to ensure clients get the most out of each session
  3. Maintain a safe and motivating class environment, ensuring proper form and technique
  4. Collaborate with the team to develop and refine class programming and teaching methods
  5. Support the overall operations of the studio, including equipment maintenance and client engagement

What we're looking for

  1. Ideally a minimum 1-2 years' experience as a qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor

    (However if new with a background of training in pilates, you are encouraged to apply)
  2. Reformer Pilates certified
  3. Excellent knowledge of Pilates principles, exercises, and safe, effective cueing
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and engage clients
  5. Ideally located within 20 minutes of the studio
  6. Ability to demonstrate and instruct proper Reformer Pilates technique
  7. Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
  8. Current First Aid and CPR certifications
