At Kazz & Co, our collective success is founded upon a shared sense of purpose, pride in our work and living our team values. The Support Worker is responsible for providing compassionate support and care to Kazz & Co's participants.
The areas you will be responsible for are:
Managing supports in ShiftCare, including cancellations, meet & greets, and service agreements
Complete end to end onboarding of new participants
CRM Management
Creating service agreements in line with NDIS budgets & pricing caps
Responding to emails in the inbox promptly and professionally
Answering participant/provider/staff calls, texts & queries
Acting as a first point of contact for staffing/participant issues
Supporting Director and Manager with onboarding of new staff, and ongoing compliance monitoring
Networking & business development assistance, monitoring social media and responding to posts
Maintaining documentation with high attention to detail
About You
What we would like:
- Excellent attention to detail
Has good foresight and can spot inconsistencies before they cause problems
Has previous experience in business development, admin, scheduling or rostering, specifically with ShiftCare or similar software system
Can handle multiple tasks in a calm and positive manner.
Communicates clearly and kindly - both in writing and on the phone
Has excellent boundaries and judgement
Thrives in a role where accuracy, autonomy, and trust are everything
You'll need to be confident with:
NDIS pricing arrangements and category/ line-item structure
Calculating and adjusting budgets with precision
SCHADS Award & requirements
Using ShiftCare or similar software system
Following SOPs and knowing when to ask for clarification
- Advertising using social media platforms

Above award rates. Salary can be negotiated for the right person which will also depend on skills and qualifications.
