We are looking for a highly motivated sales assistant to the director with exceptional customer service and administration skills to join our team and provide excellent service to our customers.

Your success in the role will provide the opportunity for you to learn, expand your knowledge and extend your roles within the business.

· To assist the director in all daily sales and administration tasks

· Arrange and attend client appointments

· Draft, review and prepare market reports, vendor reports and appraisal documentation

· Attending and responding to emails and phone enquiries

· Attend midweek and Saturday open for inspections, buyer follow up calls & private viewings

· Buyer and vendor management

· Coordinating client bookings, meetings and settlements

You Will Have:

· Current Drivers License and car

· Preferably previous experience in real estate, sales or sales administration

· A Victorian Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or willingness to obtain

To Succeed You Should Have:

· A high level of personal presentation and strong communication skills

· Be ambitious, motivated and have a desire to learn

· Be process driven, with exceptional attention to detail

· Have excellent computer skills including Office 365

· Be able to manage a variety of tasks at any time in a fast paced environment
