Handmade, pink, and proudly different, we've become known as Perth's pinkest bakery. Our stores are fast-paced, high-energy, and customer-obsessed. Now, we're looking for an experienced Multi Site Manager to join our growing leadership team and help take PRETZEL to the next level.

About the Role:

As our Multi Site Manager, you'll oversee operations across several PRETZEL locations, leading teams, driving performance, and ensuring every store delivers an exceptional customer experience every time.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong operational focus, a talent for people management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and team members across multiple sites

Drive sales, control costs and manage budgets to achieve performance targets

Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, compliance, and customer service

Recruit, train and onboard new team members in line with brand culture and standards

Implement and uphold operational systems, policies and processes

Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic business growth

Be a visible leader, engaged, available, and proactive on the ground

About You:

Proven experience in multi-site management in retail, QSR or hospitality

Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams

Operationally savvy with an eye for detail and a focus on efficiency

Customer-centric, brand-aligned, and naturally solutions-focused

Excellent communicator, well-organised, and calm under pressure

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

Familiarity with rostering, budgeting, stock control, and compliance requirements
