What You'll Be Doing- Be the friendly first point of contact for customers needing IT help (phone, chat, or email)
- Record and manage support tickets with accuracy and care
- Troubleshoot common issues (training provided)
- Escalate complex matters to senior team members
- Learn new IT skills every day in a supportive environment
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills – you explain things clearly and simply
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- A willingness to learn and grow in IT
- Basic computer literacy (email, Microsoft Office, browsing)
