Role Overview
Are you a skilled IT professional who thrives on delivering top-notch desktop support? As our Desktop Support Officer at Curragh Mine, you'll be a vital part of our technology team, ensuring seamless operations and enabling our workforce to excel. Your technical expertise will maintain high IT standards while promoting efficiency and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on desktop support to ensure optimal IT functionality for our team.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, contributing to a reliable IT environment.
